Title: Recruiter Base + Commission (Uncapped Earnings, Remote) Location: Remote (US-based preferred) About Us: We are a fast-growing recruiting agency helping businesses scale with top-tier talent. Since launching last year and growing significantly. Were now looking for a motivated recruiter who wants to grow with us, earn competitive commissions, and eventually step into a lead role as we scale further. Role Overview: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants a clear path to higher earnings. Youll start with a guaranteed training base for 90 days while you learn our system and prove results. After that, youll transition into a higher base + commission model with uncapped earning potential .
