About the Role The Clinical Recruiting Assistant plays a critical role in supporting our Recruitment team by building candidate pipelines, sourcing therapists, qualifying clinicians, and matching candidates to open opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into healthcare staffing recruitment or grow into a full cycle recruiter role. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership while learning the fundamentals of sourcing, candidate engagement, clinician relationships, and healthcare staffing operations. This role is designed as a growth path into a Recruiter seat for high performers who demonstrate production success, strong candidate relationships, urgency, and consistency. What You’ll Do Source and engage therapy clinicians including PT, PTA, OT, COTA, and SLP candidates Re engage existing database leads and inactive candidates Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations Learn clinician preferences including location, setting, compensation expectations, and career goals Match qualified candidates to active opportunities Partner closely with Recruiters to support submittals and placements Maintain accurate documentation and activity within the ATS/CRM Build relationships with clinicians through phone, text, and email communication Help maintain candidate pipeline health and follow up cadence Learn healthcare staffing recruiting fundamentals from experienced leaders and recruiters Contribute to a fast paced, high energy, production focused environment What Success Looks Like Consistently generating qualified clinician leads Producing candidate starts through recruiter partnerships Building strong clinician relationships and trust Demonstrating urgency, organization, and follow through Developing recruiting and sales skills necessary to grow into a Recruiter role Achieving promotion milestones tied to production and performance Growth Path Opportunity This role is designed to develop future Recruiters within CCI. High performers who demonstrate consistent production, strong candidate engagement, and recruiting aptitude will have the opportunity to graduate into an Associate Recruiter or Recruiter position.
