We are partnered with a leading healthcare consulting organization to add a mid-level Recruiter to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with Epic recruiting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
📍 Location: Remote – must work Central Time hours
📅 Contract: Through December 2026, with potential for extension
What You’ll Do
- Own the recruiting process from initial sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Recruit for Epic and healthcare technology positions
- Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-find talent
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate screens and assess qualifications against hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring teams and internal stakeholders throughout the process
- Keep candidate records and recruiting activity up to date in the ATS
- Deliver a strong, communicative candidate experience from start to finish
- Stay informed on Epic skill sets, talent availability, and trends within the healthcare recruiting market
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Previous experience recruiting Epic/Healthcare IT talent
- Familiarity with the Epic candidate market and common Epic skill sets
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven sourcing and candidate assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
