Recruiter (Family Office)

We're looking for an in-house Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a private UHNWI Family Office. This is a fully remote role within a small team.

You'll hire across a range of areas, seniority, and markets (EU, LatAm, OAE, South Africa...):

• Business/Corporate services (Finance, Legal, Ops, Tax, HR, Personal Assistant..)
• Education (Nanny, Tutor..)
• Household (Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Butler...)
• Luxury assets (Yacht/Private jet/Helicopter crews)
• Hospitality (Villa manager, Director of Guest Experience..)
  
  

What You'll Do:

• Run the full recruitment cycle end-to-end, from intake call to closed offer
• Source and map candidates proactively, rather than relying only on inbound applications
• Manage candidate communication with discretion, given the sensitivity of a family office environment
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and fit
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to define role briefs and interview processes
• Track pipeline progress and flag risks or bottlenecks early
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process with candidates
• Keep candidate and role data accurate and up to date.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Fluent in English and Russian, spoken and written
• Experience with family offices, concierge services, or travel/hospitality is a plus
• Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates independently
• Strong communication skills and good judgment with confidential information
• Organised and able to manage several open roles at once
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely as part of a small team.
