Recruiter (IT & Advertising) | Remote

We’re a fast-growing international team hiring for iGaming, Dating and Crypto products, and we’re looking for a Recruiter who enjoys a dynamic pace and wants to see the result of their work quickly. You’ll own the hiring process from the first search to the signed offer and work on international vacancies.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Run full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer.
• Close IT and Advertising / Marketing roles (e.g. developers, QA, media buyers, performance marketers)
• Source actively: LinkedIn, Telegram, communities and other channels, not just incoming applications
• Work directly with hiring managers: clarify requirements, align on priorities and give market feedback
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
• Keep the process transparent and candidate experience strong

🔎 What we expect

• 1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven experience hiring IT specialists
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates beyond job boards
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+)

📍 We are looking for candidates who reside and work in Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan or Uzbekistan.
