Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (f/m)

At PeopleScout, a growing global RPO organisation, we are passionate about connecting people with work and delivering expert talent acquisition solutions for our clients.

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to support one of our clients with local and international recruitment across a broad range of roles and business functions, with a particular focus on industrial manufacturing, engineering and technology.

This is a hands-on, consultative recruitment role for someone who can own recruitment projects end-to-end, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and develop effective sourcing strategies based on local market expertise and client needs.

The ideal candidate is confident recruiting across both blue- and white-collar positions, locally and internationally. You will be skilled at engaging passive candidates, building talent pipelines, assessing candidate potential through effective questioning, and using market insight and creativity to solve recruitment challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Own assigned recruitment processes and projects end-to-end, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers, HR partners and other client stakeholders, providing a consultative recruitment service.
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies based on local market knowledge, competitor insight and broader recruitment trends.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels and build strong talent pipelines.
• Manage candidates throughout the process—from initial engagement and screening through interviewing, closing and offer management.
• Assess and qualify candidates using CV reviews, interviews and structured questioning, providing clear and valuable candidate feedback.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Use initiative, market insight and problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges and advise hiring managers on effective hiring approaches.
• Support employer branding activities predominantly for the local site as well as wider client presence across EMEA.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful recruitment outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including both local and international recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across blue- and white-collar roles, ideally within industrial manufacturing, engineering or technology.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience engaging and attracting passive talent.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.
• A consultative, proactive and solutions-focused approach to recruitment.
• Strong customer and client-service mindset, with the confidence to provide market insight and challenge or advise stakeholders when appropriate.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• High energy, resilience and genuine passion for recruitment.
• Polish (C2) and English (C1).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week at the client's site in Bydgoszcz and the remainder from home, plus occasional travel.
