IT Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary

• B2B: 9 000 – 12 000 PLN net/month
• Employment contract: 8 000 – 10 500 PLN gross/month

At cloudatus, we design, build and support modern IT solutions across cloud, infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.

We are looking for a Mid-level IT Recruiter who can independently manage recruitment processes, actively source candidates and work closely with internal teams and international clients.

This is not a role focused on posting jobs and waiting for applications. We are looking for someone who knows how to build pipelines, approach passive candidates, understand hiring needs and keep recruitment moving forward.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer stage
• Actively source both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, direct search, Just Join IT, RocketJobs and other relevant channels
• Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates beyond CV keywords and provide clear recommendations based on experience, motivation, seniority and overall fit
• Work directly with team leads and international clients to understand requirements, define candidate profiles, coordinate interviews and drive timely feedback
• Build talent pipelines, monitor recruitment progress, adapt sourcing strategies when needed and maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting

What we are looking for

• Around 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a strong focus on IT
• Hands-on experience in direct search, passive candidate sourcing, LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean Search
• Confidence in independently conducting interviews and managing several recruitment processes at the same time
• Ability to quickly understand technical roles and requirements, translate them into sourcing criteria and confidently challenge or clarify requirements when needed
• Strong ownership, organization and communication skills, a professional candidate-focused approach, good knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams, and English at minimum B2 level

Experience recruiting for software development, cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, AI or Data roles will be an advantage. We will also value experience gained in an IT consulting company, software house, outsourcing environment or recruitment agency, as well as experience with international clients, recruitment systems, candidate databases, employer branding or recruitment marketing.

German at B2 level or above is a strong plus.

Availability to start immediately or on short notice will be a strong advantage.
