About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and following up until successful onboarding.

We are looking for someone who can find the right candidates, not just collect CVs — someone who is comfortable with direct sourcing, candidate assessment, follow-up, and working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.
• Work closely with HR Manager to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Review and screen CVs based on defined qualification criteria.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, availability, salary expectations, and overall job fit.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and HR Manager.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offers and follow up with selected candidates until acceptance and joining.
• Maintain an organized and updated recruitment database, Track recruitment activities and provide regular reports on vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain a strong Talent Pool for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct basic recruitment market research, including candidate availability and salary expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.
• Use AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, screening, productivity, and candidate communication.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and direct outreach.
• Experience using LinkedIn recruitment, job boards, recruitment databases, ATS, or similar tools.
• Strong CV screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to conduct professional initial HR interviews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal, follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools.
• Experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia / GCC markets is a strong advantage.
• Experience using AI tools in recruitment is a plus.

Salary: 350 $
