Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 month Contract)

As KAST continues to scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract and help us hire exceptional talent across Engineering and broader business functions. The contract extension is possible, but not guaranteed. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who enjoys sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Be Doing Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and general business roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen candidates and manage the interview and offer process. Build strong pipelines for technical and hard-to-fill positions. Provide a great candidate experience and keep hiring processes moving quickly. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in top-tier fintechs or agencies. Strong experience hiring Software Engineering and other technical roles. Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
