Role Description :

This is a full-time, remote Recruiter (Target based) role focused on achieving defined hiring and performance targets. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, sharing regular progress reports against targets, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, uphold a positive candidate experience, and meet or exceed agreed-upon hiring goals.

• Candidates should possess strong talent sourcing and screening skills, including experience with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
• Candidates should possess solid interview and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and basic data management for pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and relationship-building skills to coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and candidates professionally.
• Candidates should possess target-driven and time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet recruitment goals within deadlines.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and negotiation skills to address hiring challenges, manage expectations, and secure candidate acceptances.
• Relevant experience in agency recruitment, corporate hiring, or HR operations is beneficial, especially in high-volume or target-based environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with basic recruitment metrics and reporting.
