Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter (target-based/from consultancy) at CareerBloc. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical and IT-related roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with client hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments and feedback. The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, meeting placement and performance targets, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. The Technical Recruiter will use online platforms, databases, and networking channels to attract top talent, while providing regular status updates and accurate reporting on recruitment activities.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong recruiting skills, including experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and general Recruiting.
• Candidates should possess specialized Technical Recruiting skills and a solid understanding of hiring for IT and technology roles.
• Candidates should possess Hiring skills, including evaluating profiles, conducting interviews, and making data-informed recommendations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment with target-based roles is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple requisitions, and meet defined KPIs and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and sourcing tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
