Recruiting is a company-wide effort and responsibility and we encourage all Leveroo's to adopt the motto “Always Be Recruiting.” What You’ll Achieve Coordinating on-site and phone interviews for candidates with efficiency and accuracy Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date Ensuring an amazing and consistent experience throughout the entire candidate journey Meeting and greeting candidates coming in to interview Facilitate expense reimbursement process for candidates Coordinating reference checks Performing administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team Qualities: 2+ years customer service experience You’re a ruthless prioritizer that thrives in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Google Suite or similar calendar/meeting applications Detail-oriented with a strong desire to contribute Learns quickly in a high-growth and ever-changing environment Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information You believe there’s no “i” in team and you play to win Excellent verbal and written communication skills Warm and welcoming demeanor, able to build relationships quickly Creative problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities Composed and focused under pressure Proactive problem solver All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, national origin or ancestry, age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, protected veteran status, protected genetic information, political affiliation, or any other characteristics protected by local laws, regulations, or ordinances.
