We are seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator (October, 2026 – April, 2027) to join the HR Team, working directly with the Director of Talent, and focusing on full-cycle recruiting and partnering with external recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to execute a best-in-class candidate interview and hiring experience. This role requires agility and an acute attention to detail to successfully navigate candidate and interviewer’s schedules, enhancing the candidate experience, while managing competing priorities that require you to shift gears at a moment's notice.
This role is part of the support team that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
• Support HR with full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, including posting open positions, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews and setting up interviews for the hiring team.
• Managing the recruiting process with LinkedIn Recruiter and other career site platforms.
• Maintaining the candidate interview process utilizing Greenhouse.
• Gathering interview availability for candidates and internal managers.
• Arranging travel, including flights, transportation, and lodging accommodations for candidates.
• Overseeing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates.
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Full-Cycle Recruiting, Including initial candidate screening interviews via video or phone.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required.
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience with handling communications over multiple time zones preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat.
