Job Summary:

The Position holder is responsible for supporting the recruiting function as a Recruitment Intern, assisting with the entire recruitment process. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing end to end recruitment process (Screening CVs, scheduling interviews, preparing offers)

• Involvement in assessment centers by assisting to organize and perform sessions
• Attendance at career fairs to attract new talent

• Coordinates onboarding of new candidates
• Maintaining relationships with universities throughout Europe

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing BS or MSc in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.
• English language advanced level (mandatory)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Willingness to learn and motivation to take on new challenges
• Good communication skills, attention to details and teamwork skills

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 - 5,000 RON gross.
