The Role Attracting, selecting and assigning candidates based on gaining referrals, advertising and networking Arranging face to face candidate interviews, validating profiles and reference checking Developing strategies to guarantee you are recruiting to talent for your clients Evaluate candidates to provide a strong shortlist to clients To educate and offer advice to candidates relating to the marketplace, trends and salary levels To build proven relationships with candidates in the Finance & Accounting market, offering the best customer service to our candidates To achieve personal sales results through the generation of candidates and clients To identify, win and develop key accounts through prospecting, sales calls, client visits and networking To develop a detailed understanding of clients and ensuring you are effectively business partnering them To generate market intel and offer your clients consultative services accordingly To offer excellent customer service to clients, to retain business and services Consistently recruiting candidates within the Accounting & Finance specialisation Coordinating events and public relations, attending networking events Administrative tasks in line with Robert Half policies Adhering to Robert Half best practices
