Recruiting Specialist Location: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time Hours: Must be able to work U.S. business hours Pay: $5 to $10 per hour, based on experience Job Overview We are hiring multiple Recruiter Virtual Assistants to support a high-volume recruiting project for Security Guard positions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making calls, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing a large applicant pipeline. Our client hires hundreds of candidates every month, so we need recruiters who can move fast, stay organized, and communicate clearly. Key Responsibilities Review and screen applicants for Security Guard roles Call candidates and complete initial phone screenings Ask basic qualifying questions based on role requirements Schedule interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email Keep candidate information organized and updated Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process Communicate updates clearly with the internal team Help manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline Requirements Previous recruiting, staffing, call center, or customer service experience preferred Strong English communication skills Clear and professional speaking voice Comfortable working U.S. business hours Comfortable making outbound calls daily Organized and detail-oriented Able to handle a high volume of candidates Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Experience using ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or scheduling tools is a plus Ideal Candidate You would be a strong fit if you: Can speak clearly with U.S.-based candidates Are confident making phone calls Can work quickly without losing accuracy Can stay organized while handling multiple candidates Are comfortable with repetitive recruiting tasks Have a strong sense of urgency Can follow a process and update records properly Compensation $5 to $10 per hour, depending on experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
