What You'll Do As a Recruiting Support Associate, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls from clinicians and healthcare providers regarding housing, travel, payroll, and other assignment-related concerns Create, manage, and resolve cases while ensuring accurate documentation, case notes, and dispositions Review and process payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with the Payroll Team for approvals, escalations, and issue resolution Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and service standards Adapt to evolving operational requirements while delivering excellent customer service Qualifications Required Experience Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable, accountable, and professional in all interactions Excellent attendance and reliability Flexible and willing to work overtime (OT) and rest day overtime (RDOT) based on business needs Adaptable to changing schedules and operational requirements Why Join Us?
