Location: Stansted Airport (hybrid working)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator & Overseas Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced organisation.

Aeropeople is a well-established specialist aviation business, supporting customers through recruitment, aircraft engineering services, aviation equipment hire, and aviation training. Working closely with recruitment consultants, candidates, contractors, clients and external providers, the role ensures recruitment administration is delivered efficiently, accurately and in accordance with Aeropeople procedures. This is a hybrid role and will require someone to be on site 1 day per week at our office just outside Stansted Airport but there will be a need to be flexible as periodic visits to client sites and contractor locations will be required including meeting contractors in person.

The working hours are: 8.30am- 4.30pm on Monday and 8.30am- 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

  • Coordinate overseas candidate and contractor onboarding, ensuring all required information, checks and documentation are obtained, verified and recorded.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready overseas worker and contractor records and provide clear progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support compliance checks, internal audits and management reporting relating to overseas recruitment and mobilisation.

UKVI & Immigration Administration:

  • Support UKVI and immigration‑related administration, including collation and tracking of documentation.
  • Monitor visa applications, permits, and key expiry dates, escalating issues where required.
