Recruitment Assistant

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruitment Assistant to join a recruitment company based in Riyadh. The role will be fully remote and will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for different positions. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment experience, good communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment field. Key Responsibilities Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment systems, and other sourcing channels. Review CVs and identify candidates who match the job requirements. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the recruitment team. Post job vacancies on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Communicate professionally with candidates and provide regular follow-ups. Prepare basic candidate summaries and recruitment reports. Maintain the confidentiality of candidate and client information. Follow up with candidates regarding their availability, salary expectations, notice period, and required documents. ​ Requirements From 6 months to 1 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience recruiting for the Saudi or Gulf market is preferred. Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job platforms. Basic knowledge of CV screening and candidate sourcing. Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks remotely. Willingness to learn and receive feedback. Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection. Must be available to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM according to Saudi Arabia time.
