About the role

The Recruitment Assistant supports the Project Resourcing team by carrying out a range of administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process.

Working under supervision, they help coordinate candidate communication, schedule interviews, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth, efficient workflows for both applicants and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

The role covers a number of key areas, including but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate details to candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate applicant records and update tracking systems.

• Support job posting activities across internal and external platforms.

• Assist with screening applications and shortlisting candidates.

• Provide general administrative support to the Project Resourcing team.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience of providing administrative support to recruitment activities

• Experience of maintaining candidate records and systems

• Experience of coordinating interviews and handling queries

• Good organisational and attention to detail skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills
