We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our clients. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate relationships, sourcing top talent, and managing searches independently while earning through a performance-based compensation model. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and communication. Qualifications Previous experience in agency or full-cycle recruiting. Experience recruiting for professional, technical, healthcare, or behavioral health roles. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other recruiting methods. Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, ATS, resume databases, or other sourcing platforms) to independently identify and engage candidates. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
