Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, who will be working closely with our team on the recruitment process for our clients. Location at Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Job Responsibilities: Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels Conducting confidential interviews, checking references Research into clients company, competitors Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process Network and build long-lasting client relationships Requirements: Diploma / Degree holder Min 1 year working experience Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Interest in HR is an added advantage Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills Benefits Basic Salary: RM3,000 Attractive Incentive plan from 5% to 40% Hybrid work (2 days WFH/week) Indoor covered parking provided Close knit family culture working environment Flexible Benefits Annual Company Trips
