Are you an experienced agency recruiter or business development professional looking for your next challenge?

ANZUK Education is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow our Early Childhood temporary staffing desk across Perth. This is a true 360 recruitment role, combining business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and relationship building.

We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced agency recruiters. We also welcome applications from high-performing business development, sales, account management and labour hire professionals looking to transition into recruitment.

What you'll do

• Building and growing relationships with Early Childhood centres across Perth
• Winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing quality educators
• Managing candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Running your own desk with the support of a high-performing national team

What we're looking for

• Previous agency recruitment experience OR a strong background in business development, sales, account management, or labour hire
• A proven track record of generating revenue and building client relationships
• Confidence working in a target-driven environment
• Strong resilience, initiative and commercial acumen
• Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
