The Opportunity
Liberty Towers is an established UK recruitment and executive search business, and we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant based in Cape Town to join our team on a fully remote basis.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys running a complete desk and wants the freedom and autonomy to develop their own market.
You may already be a generalist recruiter within professional services or have an established specialism that you would like to continue developing. We are open to both, provided you have a proven track record of winning business, managing clients and successfully placing professional candidates.
The role can focus on the UK, USA or a combination of both markets, depending on your experience and network.
The Role
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Identifying and developing new client relationships
- Business development and generating new vacancies
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients on the recruitment market
- Sourcing and approaching candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing candidate shortlists and client interviews
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements
- Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Developing your own specialist market, sector or geographical desk
About You
We are looking for someone with proven 360 recruitment experience rather than someone who has worked solely in candidate delivery.
You should have:
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- A demonstrable record of generating new business and making placements
- Experience recruiting professional or white-collar roles
- Strong client development and relationship-management skills
- Confidence speaking with senior candidates and decision-makers
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The ability to work independently and manage your own desk remotely
- A commercial, proactive and self-motivated approach
Experience recruiting within the UK or US market would be particularly valuable.
