nrol is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Talent Sourcer to join our legal recruitment team.
This is a pure sourcing role — your focus will be finding, researching and engaging high-quality legal professionals across Australia and international markets.
🔎 Sourcing lawyers and legal professionals across multiple practice areas
💻 Using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and online research to identify talent
📩 Approaching and engaging prospective candidates
🗂 Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
📊 Mapping law firms, teams and legal markets
🤝 Working closely with our recruiters on live vacancies
📝 Keeping candidate information accurate and updated in our CRM
✅ Recruitment sourcing or resourcing experience preferred
✅ Strong LinkedIn and online research skills
✅ Excellent written English
✅ Confident communicating professionally with senior candidates
✅ Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple searches
✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
Experience in legal recruitment, professional services recruitment or the legal industry would be highly regarded.
You do not need to be a lawyer.
