Recruitment Consultant

OXBO is an established global recruitment agency with a passion for the clean energy space. We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant who shares our passion for clean energy.

As Recruitment Consultant, you'll work across renewable energy (including Solar PV & Onshore Wind) and BESS project lifecycles and will help professionals find their dream jobs in finance & investment, project development, construction and operations, specifically in engineering, commercial, financial and legal opportunities.

In a fast paced role, you’ll need to be comfortable in speaking with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and you will share our enthusiasm for helping people with life-changing career choices.

You will have strong client exposure to some of the most exciting scale up IPPs and funds in the sector. You'll have the opportunity to map markets, and help set the strategy for the clean energy team.

We're looking for individuals with a track record in recruitment (minimum 1 year), ideally in the clean energy space.

This role forms part of our growing South African operation. We're a small, ambitious team, so there is lots of autonomy and the ability to make a real impact.
