Sourcing Recruitment Consultant- Based in Portugal

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Recruitment Consultant, to work on a global client account on an RPO basis. You must have strong sourcing skills and be able to source candidates using multiple sourcing channels and not just Linkedin.

You will work with a global team in a high-collaboration environment, focusing on passive sourcing for mandates. This role requires a high-degree of stakeholder management. Therefore you must have this experience as well as strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese. Additional European languages are a bonus.

You will work on mandates globally, with a focus on Europe.

You will be highly agile, solution-focused, client-centric and will always keep the client experience as a top priority, and follow the client's processes. You will be consultative and act as an advisor to our client, bringing talent insights as well as meeting delivery milestones, and managing expectations and feedback loops, whilst meeting partnership KPI's.

We are looking for someone who can handle challenging searches and stakeholders. You should be comfortable presenting data and using it to inform, educate and influence your stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and qualify candidates
• Manage the client's needs and expectations, and lead briefing calls where necessary
• Communicate the sourcing plan and provide ongoing feedback
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and the candidates
• Working to improve sourcing efficiency
• Work collaboratively with the wider client team

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 3 years recruitment experience, either in-house or in an RPO environment.
• Able to achieve sourcing delivery metrics
• Confidently manage/lead and deliver on client accounts
• Able to manage client expectations and demands
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Independently motivated
• Team player with high collaboration skills across regions/cultures
• Solution-focused
• This is a remote role
