Oracle IAM Consultant

We are looking for an Oracle IAM Consultant to join our team and work on the implementation, integration, and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise customers.

Important: This position is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Portugal and have the legal right to work in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Manage and support identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Develop and customize Oracle IAM components using Java.
• Integrate Oracle IAM platforms with enterprise applications and systems.
• Configure and support authentication, authorization, and access management solutions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on IAM projects.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and/or Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
• Strong Java development skills.
• Good understanding of application integration, authentication mechanisms, and security protocols.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and IAM processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
