💡 What you’ll do

• Hunt down top talent across Tech, Non-Tech, or Creative roles
• Build and manage relationships with both candidates and clients
• Drive your own pipeline from outreach to offer stage
• Collaborate with a team that genuinely supports (and challenges) you
• Have fun while doing serious work

🔥 What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or sales (agency side = huge plus)
• Fluent in English & Greek
• Competitive spirit with a team-player heart
• Confidence to pick up the phone and start conversations that matter
• Energy, humor, and a mindset that says “let’s make it happen”
