The role: BMS Performance is looking for a Delivery-Focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales Division. You'll work alongside our Account Managers by sourcing and engaging the sales professionals our clients need while they focus on winning new customers and growing existing client relationships. Day to day, you'll write and post insight-led adverts, qualify inbound applications, build pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven search tools, and run screening and competency-based interviews by phone and video. You'll manage candidates through the interview process, keep our CRM accurate, and pass on business development leads you uncover in candidate conversations.

Location: Based in our Weybridge office, with hybrid working.

Candidate requirements

• Experience as a Resourcer, Researcher or Delivery Consultant in a recruitment agency
• Ideally, experience recruiting for sales or other commercial roles
• Confident writing adverts, screening candidates and coordinating interviews
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and an applicant tracking system
• Organised, target-driven and open to trying new AI tools

• £30,000 - £40,000 base dependant on experience + uncapped OTE
