Recruitment Consultant (AI Infrastructure & Data Centres)

asobbi is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our delivery team.

We specialise in AI Infrastructure, Data Centres, HPC, Neocloud and enterprise technology, working with some of the most exciting businesses the US and EMEA. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who knows how to find great technical talent, manage candidates through the interview process to offer acceptance.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full candidate journey from sourcing through to placement
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and proactive headhunting
• Screening and qualifying candidates against technical and commercial requirements
• Maintaining strong candidate control throughout the process
• Interview preparation, feedback management and candidate engagement
• Managing offers and supporting salary/offer negotiations
• Manage client stakeholders
• Working closely with consultants and clients to understand requirements and deliver the right candidates
• Managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously while keeping organised and on top of deadlines

What we're looking for:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within technical recruitment
• Experience recruiting roles such as Engineers, Developers, Infrastructure, Data Centre or AI professionals
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Excellent candidate management and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Motivated, self-sufficient and comfortable working remotely
• Commercially minded with a genuine desire to deliver results
• An understanding of technologies such as GPU, Kubernetes, LLMs and AI inference would be highly advantageous but not essential

You need to be comfortable talking to technical people and understanding the market you're recruiting into.
