The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, you'll play a pivotal role in helping businesses find the right people while supporting candidates in achieving their career goals. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop deep market knowledge within your specialised industry sector.
• Provide expert advice to clients on hiring strategies and market trends.

About You

• You have at least 2 years' experience in client facing sales or agency recruitment
• You are tertiary qualified (preferable not essential)
• You have strong work ethic, and you want to succeed in a fast-paced & target-driven sales environment
• You have excellent communication skills, a positive & proactive approach, and great resilience

We are currently have opportunities for Recruitment Consultants to join us in all of our Australian offices - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. These roles are full time permanent and are hybrid (office/WFH).
