We’re looking for an experienced recruiter, or someone who has the potential to become an exceptional one. For us, personality and commercial instinct matter the most.

You’ll be entrepreneurial, confident, curious and commercially minded. You’ll enjoy meeting people, building relationships, spotting opportunities and taking responsibility. You won’t wait to be told what to do, you’ll have ideas and the energy to make things happen. You may already be working in recruitment. Or perhaps you’re in a client-facing, sales, business development, marketing or relationship-led role and have wondered whether recruitment could be for you.

The opportunity:

You’ll be involved across the business, developing client relationships, meeting and interviewing candidates, managing assignments from brief to offer, identifying new business opportunities, attending and hosting events and contributing to our marketing and brand.

Your day will be a mix of:

• Building your own relationships with clients and candidates

• Attending and leading client meetings

• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement

• Interviewing, advising and representing exceptional candidates

• Developing new business and identifying commercial opportunities

• Attending and hosting networking and client events

• Contributing ideas to our LinkedIn, Instagram, website and wider marketing

• Taking genuine responsibility and growing with the business

Recruitment experience would be fantastic, but we’re equally interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate the qualities that make a great recruiter. Commercial. Entrepreneurial. Confident.
