  • Coordinate required documentation, approvals and onboarding activities.
  • Liaise with universities, external partners and internal stakeholders where required.

  • Support temporary hiring and onboarding activities, working with hiring managers and staffing providers to ensure recruitment processes are followed.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently across locations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, hiring and onboarding records.
  • Support compliance with local employment requirements and internal policies.
  • Promote best practice and process consistency while recognising local market requirements.
  • Help maintain a common hiring approach, candidate experience and employer brand across regions.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and ways of working.
  • Support the use of recruitment technology, automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
  • Produce hiring reports and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Background
