Recruitment Coordinator (Up to ₱45K | WFH Cebu + Occasional Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu (Preferred) | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT | Monday to Friday

You'll be the administrative backbone behind doctor placements across Australia. You make sure every medical professional is fully credentialed, compliant, and ready to start on time. In healthcare recruitment, one missing document can delay a hospital placement, so your accuracy directly shapes the candidate experience and the client's trust.

This is a structured, high-volume coordination role, not a general HR position. You'll work within defined CRM workflows and compliance queues, supporting specialist consultants by removing admin friction and keeping every record audit-ready. The role is fully work from home, and Cebu-based candidates are preferred so you can report to the office when needed.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment support or coordination, with direct exposure to medical or healthcare recruitment
• Hands-on experience managing compliance documentation, credentialing, or audit-ready candidate records
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience maintaining accurate data within a recruitment CRM
• A proven ability to manage high-volume administrative work with strict attention to detail
• Willingness to work a permanent early morning shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT) from a dedicated home office setup

STRONG SIGNALS

• Familiarity with Australian medical placement requirements, including Medicare documentation or medical registration processes
• Experience supporting locum placements, including timesheets, invoicing, and travel logistics
• Previous experience in a BPO or offshore recruitment support environment
• Based in Cebu and able to report to the office when required

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Compliance & Credentialing Management

• You own the "license to work." You make sure every doctor is verified, compliant, and cleared before they start a placement.
• Run background, credential, and compliance checks for all medical placements
• Prepare and manage hospital onboarding paperwork and Medicare documentation requirements
• Audit candidate files regularly to keep all mandatory documents current and valid

Placement & Logistics Coordination

• You own the move from "placed" to "started," handling the logistics that prevent delays for doctors and healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate pre-placement travel and accommodation arrangements for locum and permanent doctors
• Support locum placements with timesheets, invoices, and WHS compliance requirements
• Run post-placement follow-ups to support candidate satisfaction and retention

Data Integrity & CRM Administration

• You own the source of truth, keeping the database a reliable asset for the whole recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate, objective CRM records for all candidate and client interactions
• Publish job advertisements and manage documentation through screening platforms
• Identify system and process improvements that make data entry and reporting cleaner
