Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organisation that partners with

non-profits, social enterprises, and early-stage ventures to strengthen

organisational performance and scale impact. We provide students and recent

graduates with practical consulting experience to develop the next generation of

consulting professionals.


About the Role

We welcome motivated students and recent graduates (up to 2 years) who are

interested in developing practical recruitment and communication skills in an

international environment.

Previous experience is not required, as full onboarding and training will be

provided. Recruitment Interns support the end-to-end recruitment process while

working closely with the Recruitment Team Lead.


What We Offer:

Your Responsibilities:

• Publishing job ads on LinkedIn.

• Screening CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

• Coordinate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment

process.

• Conduct structured interviews with applicants.

• Prepare interview evaluations and justification statements following each

interview.

• Submit candidate documentation, including CVs and interview

assessments, to the Recruitment Team Lead for hiring decisions.

• Collaborate with your team to achieve monthly objectives.

• The role will require an average of 5 hours' work per week.


What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related

field.

• Highly motivated students or recent graduates (up to 2 years) looking to

gain practical recruitment experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A person who is well-organised, proactive and pays close attention to

detail.

• Able to manage tasks independently in a remote working environment.


Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of recruitment or human resources.

• Any previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or other

customer-facing roles.


Start Date:

Beginning of the following month.
