We are looking for
Recruitment Interns
to support hiring activities across
Technology, Banking/Financial Services, and Manufacturing
roles in the APAC region. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world recruitment, sourcing, and client interaction.
Location : Remote / Hybrid ( Singapore or APAC)
Duration : 3-6 months ( Extendable based on Performance)
Internship Type : Paid/ Stipend based ( Flexible)
Responsibilities
Support recruiters in
candidate sourcing
using LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
Support interview scheduling and coordination.
Research talent markets, salary trends, and role availability.
Assist in job posting creation and employer branding activities.
Learn end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
Eligibility & Requirements :
Final-year students or recent graduates in
HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields
.
Strong interest in
recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting
.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable using
LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets
.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.
