Recruitment Officer

Job Description We’re seeking a Recruitment Officer to support the delivery of recruitment projects for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client vacancies from job briefing to successful placement. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit. Prepare candidate screening summaries and recommendations for clients. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System. Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and placement success. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Perform other recruitment and talent acquisition duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment or consulting company. Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Experience sourcing candidates across multiple recruitment channels. Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System. Ability to work independently and deliver against recruitment targets and deadlines. Immediate availability is required.
