Recruitment Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our Facilities Services industry. Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
