Recruitment Officer (Contractor) WHV welcome to apply | 3x month initial contract | Must be experienced in interviewing | Fast paced & energetic role | Fun, social & collaborative culture About the role Cluey Learning is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer on a contract basis to join our dedicated Talent, Quality & Education team. This is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Cluey brand to hire a high volume of tutors to inspire primary, secondary, and senior secondary students across ANZ; and ensuring we attract and secure the best talent to drive the continued success of our mission. What you'll be doing Conduct a high volume of 1:1 interviews with potential tutors and determine their suitability against our robust criteria. Collaborate with the Recruitment Specialist to advertise roles, screen & shortlist candidates, reviewing video interviews, organise interviews, and provide offers. Proactively source and engage with quality candidates through various channels. Work closely with Talent, Quality & Engagement Manager to ensure we are on track to achieve recruitment targets. Maintain and optimise our ATS (TeamTailor) to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes. Provide recruitment reporting and analytics to track and measure hiring metrics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices and employer brand. What we're looking for 2 years' recruitment experience, ideally within a high-volume environment. Strong candidate engagement skills to coordinate a large pipeline of candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
