Recruitment Partner

We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our RPO team supporting a leading global company in industrial water treatment and specialty chemicals. This role will manage recruitment across South Korea, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver great hiring outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.

What you'll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a the sales and commercial business functions
• Partnering directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on market insights, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience
• Building and managing talent pipelines in a competitive, fast-growing market
• Delivering high-volume, high-quality hiring against tight timelines
• Ensuring full compliance with South Korean labor law and client governance standards throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Fluent Korean and English (essential — client and stakeholder communication in both)
• Proven corporate/in-house or RPO recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to volume hiring
• Experience recruiting across the sales and commerical space, any industrial/manufacturing sector experience will be highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating as an embedded partner within a client environment
• Familiarity with local employment practices and market dynamics
