Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress Support the onboarding process for new hires Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements Sourcing: If you already have contacts, a network, and a recruitment network in any industry, especially in senior-level recruitment, leadership recruitment, or expert recruitment, you can use that profile to introduce StrongBody's Digital Profile Shop. Guiding, Sending Job Descriptions, FAQs, and Instructions to Candidates to Open a Shop: Introduce StrongBody's Digital Profile Shop model. Clearly explain the benefits of joining the platform: Access to international clients, AI translation technology, and the opportunity to increase income ($500 - $7,000/month) for these professionals when they become freelancers and own their own digital personal shop. Closing the Partnership: Guide the professional to register an account, complete their profile, and activate their membership to start their business. Onboarding Support: We will work alongside the expert during the initial phase to help them understand the basic operating procedures (additional technical support will be provided by our support team).
