BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. CHANGE LIVES. RAISE THE STANDARD.
At Oceanside Staffing, we believe exceptional staffing begins with exceptional relationships.
Founded by private service professionals with backgrounds in luxury yachting and estate management, Oceanside was built on the belief that our industry deserved a more thoughtful, personal approach to recruitment.
Today, we connect exceptional professionals with private households, estates, family offices, and luxury yachts across the country.
We're a boutique agency with ambitious goals, but we'll never sacrifice our values to achieve them. We believe relationships come before transactions, integrity comes before profit, and every candidate and client deserves to feel genuinely supported.
We're growing, and we're looking for someone who shares those values and wants to build a meaningful career alongside us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Recruitment & Placement Coordinator, you'll play an important role in connecting exceptional private service professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
This position combines candidate recruitment, relationship management, and exceptional organization. You'll source and interview candidates, prepare polished candidate presentations, maintain recruitment records, and work closely with our Placement Directors to support searches across the private household, estate, family office, and luxury yachting industries.
We're especially interested in professionals who have worked in private service or luxury yachting and understand the expectations of these environments firsthand.
Previous recruitment experience is not required. We're happy to teach the recruitment process to someone who brings the right industry knowledge, communication skills, judgment, and work ethic.
The right person genuinely enjoys people but also loves the details. You can have a meaningful conversation with a candidate, then turn around and organize a resume, prepare a polished profile, manage competing priorities, and follow through without missing a beat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Candidate Recruitment & Relationships
- Proactively source qualified professionals within the private household, estate, family office, and luxury yachting industries.
- Conduct candidate intake calls, phone screenings, and professional Zoom interviews.
- Review resumes, employment histories, references, and supporting documentation, identifying gaps or inconsistencies that require clarification.
- Build lasting candidate relationships through thoughtful, timely communication and follow-up.
- Learn to evaluate candidates against specific client requirements, professional qualifications, and industry expectations.
- Support Placement Directors throughout active searches, from initial sourcing through successful placement.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, follow-ups, and communications.
- Maintain accurate, organized candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage Oceanside's main business phone line, providing a warm, professional first impression.
- Track outstanding documents, references, and candidate requirements to keep searches moving forward.
- Anticipate team needs, manage competing priorities, and take initiative without constant direction.
- Write compelling, accurate candidate profiles highlighting professional experience, strengths, and accomplishments.
- Format and refine resumes for consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation.
- Use Canva proficiently to prepare polished candidate presentations following Oceanside's established templates and brand guidelines.
- Organize candidate profiles, references, and supporting documentation within our recruitment platform.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is equally passionate about people and process.
You enjoy connecting with others, asking thoughtful questions, and making people feel comfortable and valued. You're also exceptionally organized, comfortable with technology, and take genuine satisfaction in completing work to a high standard.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in private service, luxury yachting, estate management, family offices, or luxury hospitality.
- Understanding of the discretion, professionalism, and service standards expected in UHNW environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Canva, including working with existing templates and formatting text and images.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and the ability to learn ATS/CRM systems.
- Sound judgment, emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
- A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and genuine willingness to learn.
THE REALITY OF PRIVATE STAFFING
Recruiting in private service is incredibly rewarding, but it also requires resilience.
Some days, you'll celebrate helping someone land their dream job. Other days, candidates may accept another opportunity, clients may change direction, or searches may take unexpected turns.
We're looking for someone who navigates those moments with professionalism, perspective, and grace, understanding that relationships matter just as much when things don't go according to plan.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first 90 days, you'll be learning our recruitment processes, conducting candidate screenings, preparing polished profiles, maintaining accurate records, and becoming a dependable source of support for our Placement Directors.
Within your first year, you'll confidently source and interview candidates, build meaningful industry relationships, support successful placements, and independently manage assigned recruitment coordination responsibilities.
Success isn't measured solely by placements. It's also measured by the trust you build, the experience you create, and the consistency and quality of your work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $60,000 base salary + placement commissions, with target annual gross earnings of $80,000 (commissions are performance-based and not guaranteed)
- Medical insurance with 100% of employee premiums paid by Oceanside Staffing
- 14 days of paid time off annually
- Paid holidays
- Fully remote work environment
- Professional development and hands-on recruitment training
- Opportunities for career growth within a growing boutique agency
- Company-paid travel 1–2 times annually for team retreats, training, or industry conferences
This is a full-time, fully remote position, with preference given to Florida residents. Candidates must have a quiet, professional home office environment suitable for conducting phone calls, video interviews, and confidential conversations without interruptions.
Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, with occasional flexibility to accommodate candidate availability and client needs. Some evening calls may be necessary.
Travel 1–2 times per year may be required.
