As a Talent Researcher & Sourcing specialist , you will play a critical role in helping our business stay ahead of future hiring needs by mapping talent markets, generating market intelligence and engaging professionals across Europe. You will have the freedom to influence how we identify, engage and attract critical talent across Europe, with a particular focus on data centre professionals. Are you ready to make your mark? More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to: Talent Intelligence and market insights Map talent markets across Europe, with a particular focus on data centre professionals. Conduct competitor and talent landscape analysis to identify target companies and critical skills. Provide market intelligence on talent availability, talent movements, skills shortages. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping Partner with recruiters and hiring leads to define sourcing strategies for data centre roles. Identify and engage talent through direct search, networking and targeted sourcing campaigns. Build and maintain talent maps of key organisations, functions and talent pools across Europe. Candidate engagement & Pipeline building Build and nurture long-term relationship with high-potential professionals in Data Centre environment. Promote Goodman as an employer of choice by delivering personalised and engaging outreach to prospective candidate. Do you recognize yourself? Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Economics or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, executive search, talent intelligence or a similar talent acquisition profile Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates though direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and other sourcing channels Experience conducting talent mapping, competitor analysis and labour market research Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data and insights into actionable recommendations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter who enjoys building new processes and enjoys shaping their own role. Fluent in English, proficiency in an additional European Language such as German, Dutch or French Who will you be working with? You will join our HR team in Vilvoorde and work closely with senior leaders across our Data Centre business to identify and attract the talent that will support Goodman's continued growth across Europe. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, functional leaders and executive stakeholders, to understand future talent needs, provide market intelligence and build strategic talent pipelines. You will collaborate closely with our recruiters and act as a trusted advisor on talent mapping, competitor insights and sourcing strategies. As this is a newly created role, you will have a unique opportunity to shape how talent research and strategic sourcing are approached within Goodman. What we offer you?
