Who would you be working for?

Chris Edward Consulting (CEC) is a boutique talent consulting firm specializing in recruiting for the Technology industry, with a focus on Collaboration, Unified Communications, Building Technologies, and Physical Security across software, hardware, and integration companies.

The team has experienced exceptional growth over the past several years and is continuing to expand. CEC prides itself on delivering an outstanding experience to both clients and candidates through a collaborative, high-performance culture where team members are encouraged to take ownership, continuously improve, and support one another.

What will you be doing?

• Partner with recruiters to identify and source top talent for client openings.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, email, and other recruiting tools.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain organized candidate lists within LinkedIn Recruiter and the company's CRM.
• Engage candidates through LinkedIn and email, answer questions, build relationships, and generate referrals.
• Coordinate candidate introductions and interviews with recruiters.
• Format and edit resumes for client presentation using Microsoft Word.
• Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to stay organized and support recruiting activities.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent quickly.

What they are looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of sourcing/admin/back office experience – Recruiting/sourcing experience is NOT a must have – they are willing to train
• Not required, but helpful if there is a working knowledge of LinkedIn
• Not required, but CRM Technology experience in inputting data and tracking information
• Interest in technology and AI tools highly preferred
• Needs to be able to work US hours and ok working fully remote.

The Nuts & Bolts

• Employment-Type: Permanent, Full-time, Salaried, paid as a Contractor (for tax benefits)
• Location: Fully remote, Asia
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, US hours
• Salary: $1000-$1,200 USD/monthly base + Commission (UNCAPPED - You could easily double your salary!)
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks PTO + 10 US federal holidays
• Non- Speaking position: This is primarily a sourcing-focused role.
