About the Role

As a resourcer, you'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging and managing healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment process.

This is a highly people-focused role where you'll develop relationships with candidates, understand their career aspirations and help connect them with exciting opportunities across the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing candidate enquiries and job applications
• Actively cold calling candidates, engaging them in a role or pitching an opportunity
• Screening, searching and identifying candidates for opportunities
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines
• Coordinating interviews and candidate appointments
• Providing a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Managing candidate records and activity within our CRM
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants on active assignments
• Conducting reference checks and candidate follow-up
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders as required
• Maintaining accurate administration and compliance records

About You

We're interested in speaking with individuals who enjoy working with people and have strong organisation and communication skills.

You may come from:

• Recruitment or talent acquisition
• Healthcare administration or medical centres
• Pharmaceutical sales
• Medical device sales
• Customer service or account management
• Allied health or healthcare support environment
