The Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us on an independent contractor basis. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, working directly alongside our Founder.
Your primary responsibility is simple, but it requires exceptional attention to detail: identifying high-quality candidates for our live recruitment assignments.
You'll search LinkedIn for suitable candidates, add them to active recruitment projects, and ensure all candidate data is accurate and up to date. You'll also monitor our clients' careers pages to identify newly advertised vacancies, helping us stay ahead of hiring demand.
This is not a sales role. You won't be making sales calls, interviewing candidates, or managing client relationships. Instead, you'll be carrying out the detailed research and sourcing work that forms the foundation of every successful placement.

What You'll Be Doing
- Searching LinkedIn for candidates that match live recruitment briefs.
- Adding qualified candidates to active recruitment projects.
- Monitoring client careers pages for newly advertised vacancies.
- Maintaining accurate, consistent, and up-to-date candidate records.
- Supporting the Founder with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Identifying duplicate records, missing information, and data inconsistencies.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail. This is non-negotiable, as mistakes have real consequences.
- The ability to work independently while managing your workload effectively.
- Reliability and availability during agreed working hours.
- Confidence using LinkedIn for candidate research and sourcing.
- A highly organised, methodical, and thorough approach.
- Previous experience in recruitment, research, or another detail-oriented role is beneficial but not essential.
Package
- Up to £5.00 per hour, paid weekly via GCash (typically on the same day your invoice is received).
- £150 commission for every successful placement you contribute to (estimated additional earnings of £2,100-£3,450 per year).
- Year-end bonus of up to £1,200, based on company performance.
- 25 paid days off per year, including:
- 10 flexible public holidays (chosen by you)
- 10 flexible annual leave days
- 5 additional company days off during December
- Private medical insurance fully funded by the company.
- Fully remote working from home.
Working Pattern
The role is built around a core working window of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM UK time. During this period, you'll work approximately 7 hours per day, at times that suit you within the window.
There is also a daily catch-up window between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM UK time, during which you'll need to be online and available. In practice, this usually requires between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours of active work.
Outside of these agreed hours, your time is entirely your own.
