You own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the industrial, manufacturing, and trades sectors, ensuring the rapid placement of qualified personnel into high-demand roles. Your work directly impacts client productivity by maintaining active labor pools and verifying critical site-based compliance, licenses, and safety requirements.

This is not a general HR role. You operate within a high-volume agency environment where you are responsible for swift turnaround placements, managing candidate pipelines, and executing post-placement follow-ups. Best suited for recruitment professionals who thrive under urgency, value strict accountability, and prefer clear performance metrics over slow-paced administrative tasks.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 1.5–2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency environment specializing in manufacturing, industrial, or trades & labor.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and swift turnaround placements.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining active labor pools.
• Robust understanding of site-based compliance, licenses, tickets, and WHS requirements.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Knowledge of industrial awards and specific site-access requirements.
• Proven ability to reduce time-to-fill rates in fast-moving industrial markets.
• Experience managing candidates in a "just-in-time" delivery model.

You own the talent supply chain, ensuring that client shifts and roles are filled with compliant, ready-to-work candidates.

• Drive proactive candidate attraction strategies across industrial and trades sectors.
• Build and maintain deep labor pools to facilitate swift-turnaround placements.
• Verify all industry-specific documentation, including tickets, licenses, and safety certifications.

Placement Execution & Delivery

You own the momentum of the recruitment funnel, ensuring that individual and team revenue targets are met through efficient delivery.

• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to final placement.
• Coordinate with consultants to calibrate role requirements based on real-time market dynamics.
• Manage post-placement follow-ups to enhance candidate retention and client satisfaction.
