Role Description:

The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of qualified industry experts. This role involves managing end-to-end recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and engaging experts across diverse sectors and geographies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structured interviews, assessing expertise and fit, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment and CRM systems. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate closely with project and client service teams to match experts to specific client requests, ensure timely fulfillment of projects, and uphold compliance and quality standards. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, supporting training initiatives for new experts, and providing clear, professional communication to internal stakeholders and external candidates.

• Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate expertise and suitability.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication and professional verbal interaction across cultures.
• Experience in training or onboarding talent, with the ability to guide experts through platform and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, or other recruitment technologies.
• Prior experience in knowledge networks, professional services, research, or executive search is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
