Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Assistant Specialist to support short-term hiring needs. This role focuses on applicant filtering, screening, and interview scheduling, ensuring only the most qualified candidates are endorsed to the client. The Recruitment Assistant Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and authenticity throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Key Responsibilities Applicant Filtering: Review applications for the Front Desk Administration role via Indeed. Disqualification Criteria: Apply client-defined filters (e.g., lack of customer service experience, current student status, male applicants, qualified injectors, or significant unemployment gaps). Screening Questions: Send and evaluate candidate responses for professionalism, clarity, and authenticity (AI-generated answers are not accepted). Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview slots with qualified candidates using the client’s saved confirmation message. Documentation: Deliver candidate CVs and screening responses via Google Docs or WeTransfer. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities align with client requirements and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in recruitment support, HR, or administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply disqualification criteria consistently. Excellent written communication skills for evaluating candidate responses. Proficiency in using job platforms (e.g., Indeed) and document-sharing tools (Google Docs, WeTransfer). Ability to manage time effectively within a short-term project scope. Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality. ​ Deliverables Endorsement of two (2) qualified candidates by the agreed deadline. Scheduled interviews for selected candidates.
